    • Nirja Setty : 52 hr progressive program. 2nd place win. narrator performance for drama : Hetal Nagaraj. Drama based on STEM. Newton Laws & Solar System.
      • Other qualifying rounds themes were : Einstein’s theory of relativity and Universe, Earth’s tectonic plates and Volcanos.
      • This program led to qualifying the school and the center for Destination Imagination Programs. Pics here.

Astronomical Sciences:

The settys are former group member of Fort Worth astronomical society,

4 holiday camps such as thanksgiving/springbreak at NASA-Houston.

2 astronomy camps at Lowell Observatory : during their trip some astronomical event was takin. place!

The settys have visited almost all the observatories & space sites including the latest Elon’s Space-X.

Spelling Bees: 9th place regionals-state – Nirja. School Competitions – Samarth Setty, Nirja Setty.

Math Competitions: Nirja Setty: 2 wins 1st place, 2nd place (school and NATS middle school math competitions). Samarth Setty (3rd place elementary maths). Won memberships to math clubs($200) and trophies.

Essay Competition: Nirja Setty elementary level. 2nd place at School. Won 50$ gift card from sponsor!

****Parents have requested to limit advertising and media exposure in performing arts activities as both kids pretty good in studies.

Speech Debate | Public Speaking – Samarth Setty – Hebron High School – Model UN is a geopolitical club that discusses political issues amongst different countries. Each member takes on the role of being an ambassador for a country and creates resolutions to solve global issues. The club went to the The Colony Cougars Model United Nations conference in The Colony on Feb. 18 and discussed the topic of providing equity in access to surgical care. Link of news.
